Drafts & Reviews

The documents are created based on the information provided by the client. It is not the responsibility of A.I.M Professional Resume Service to check the accuracy of any of the information provided to us.

Once a draft has been completed it is sent to the client for review. This is the client’s opportunity to check that all the information has been accurately transferred from the information provided. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all phone numbers, names, dates and other content is accurate before Signing Off. A.I.M Professional Resume Service cannot be held accountable for any inaccuracies within any cover letters, resumes or selection criteria after they have been reviewed by the client. If the client does not send the document back after review within a reasonable time period (Two Business days) it will be assumed that the client signed the information off as correct.

If the client signs off on a document and later discovers an error, an editing charge will apply. 

Intellectual Property Rights

The work completed by A.I.M Professional Resume Service remains the intellectual property of A.I.M Professional Resume Service. The client has the right to copy, edit or reproduce the work for the purpose of obtaining a job. They are however not permitted to use the document as a template for third parties or to claim the work as their own.

Limit of Liability

A.I.M Professional Resume Service cannot guarantee interviews or job placements. The job market is competitive and a well written resume, cover letter or selection criteria will be an asset however care must be taken by the client to ensure that they put effort into their targeted job seeking and that they apply for positions that suit their skills, qualifications and experience. This is outside the responsibility of A.I.M Professional Resume Service.

A.I.M Professional Resume Service also has no control over employer perceptions, personal preferences or the competitors for the job you have applied for.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all the information that they provide A.I.M Professional Resume Service is accurate and true. You as the client must provide us with as much information as possible to ensure that you receive value for money and the best outcome possible.

A.I.M Professional Resume Service will not verify any of the information, and will assume that the client has provided accurate information for the process. A.I.M Professional Resume Service cannot be held liable for any misrepresentation the resume may contribute to as a result of misleading information contained within.


The document will be produced in Word & PDF format for the client. Printed copies will not be sent unless by prior arrangement and payment of $10 for 5 copies are made. If a printed copy is required please be sure to request this in writing at the time of the quote.

Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

The client’s names, addresses and other contact details will not be made available to any Third Party. A.I.M Professional Resume’s work will not be reproduced for public view without prior consent of the client. We respect your privacy and do not sell, forward or copy your personal details for commercial purposes.

We retain copies of the work we have completed on behalf of our clients and the client is free to contact us via email and ask that another copy be forwarded to them at a later date.

We will send all communications to the address you nominate or the address listed on your resume.

By using A.I.M Professional Resume Service you agree to receive updates / newsletters from time to time. You can “Unsubscribe” at any time.

Payment Terms

Payment is to be made in Full within Three (3) working days from date of Invoice via the Following options: Money Order, Direct Deposit or PayPal via this website. Failure to do so, the Client will be re-issued with a new invoice incurring a late fee charge of $10 at the beginning of each week that the payment is not received. The maximum late fee charge to the Client will be no more than $40. If payment is not received for 1 month from the Invoice date we will then send your Invoice through to a Debt Collector for resolution which the Client will incur the fees from the Debt Collector for resolving this matter.
