Samantha Mondon, the director and consultant of A.I.M Professional Business Support Services loves people and business! What a perfect combination, because we need people to operate and work within businesses, and strive for its success!

Let’s talk qualifications, Samantha has graduated from a Bachelor of Social Science with majors in Psychology and Human Resources and holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Qualifications are important, and so too is practical hands-on experience to enable individuals to truly understand how an organisation works, the core of its vision, mission and values. She has continued to build her work experience across the health, not-for profit, retail, education, services (cleaning & vehicle rentals), building and construction sectors.

In 2008, Samantha welcomed her first child and realised her goal of developing a professional resume service for job seekers and this has achieved fantastic results. Samantha is passionate about helping people and businesses to achieve their potential and has expanded her services to provide general Business Planning & Implementation, HR and Recruitment Solutions to small-medium businesses. She believes work-life balance is paramount and when she’s not working, she loves being a wife and mum to four beautiful children; Callan aged 6, Jonas aged 4, Nevaeh aged 3 and Boston aged 6 months.
