I am seeking a professional, dependable and committed individual to continue with the administrative operations of my business.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Initiating & preparing content for website updates, updating Social Media pages for my business & on behalf of my clients
Preparing content for bi-monthly and quarterly newsletters & email to contact lists
Email Business Updates to clients in Business Directory
Research, prepare & assist in the development of a new service offering to clients

This is truly a diverse role that will expose you to various aspects of business support services. You will be provided with initial training & ongoing phone and email support.

Hours – varied: on an as needs, project basis

About you:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a true relationship builder who can work closely with business owners, staff & job seekers

Have an employment background in HR, Recruitment, Management or Business
Flexibility to work from home
Deadline driven, can deliver results on a planned and ad-hoc basis
Initiative, can work independently, excellent research skills and knows where to source relevant business information
