  • Five years face to face and phone based customer service and sales experience in fast-paced retail environments, along with previous administration experience as a volunteer in a NFP organisation.


  • Bachelor of Commerce / Arts – currently studying

Key skill areas:

  • Performs high-volume information and numerical data entry, processing and reporting tasks
  • Provides organised and efficient personal assistance to Managers
  • Collates, prepares and presents various business documentation, including presentations
  • Possesses an excellent understanding of the importance of continuously improving and creating administrative processes that will support and provide a vital link with other areas of the organisation
  • Retail Sales, Customer Service and Operations experience

 Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Accounting Software Packages: Working knowledge of MYOB
  • Accurate and fast touch typing skills of 45 words per minute
