  • More than five years experience in Accounts Administration (Receivables, Payables, Payroll, Reporting and Financial Accounting assistance), General Administration, Records Management and Client Service across Not for Profit, Professional and Banking Service organisations, locally and internationally.


  • Bachelor of Business Management (Financial Accounting)
  • Certificate in Business Accounting
  • Certificate in MYOB Premier 11 Essentials

Key skill areas:

  • Application of accounting, bookkeeping and financial management principles, practices and standards in the Australian business environment
  • End to end delivery of accounts administration/transactional processes: payables, receivables and payroll (including reconciliations and reporting)
  • Assists with budget preparation, cash flow projections, end of month balance sheet reconciliations, compliance reporting and submissions (ie: BAS), eftpos/credit card and bank reconciliations and expense claim processing functions

 Computer Skills:

  • Accounting Software Packages: MYOB, QuickBooks, Finance One, SAP and Navision ERP Systems
  • Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
